Where do I start if I wanted to set up a special needs trust for my child?

We have the answer for you!

You are invited to an evening of two speakers who will be discussing

Estate Planning, Special Needs Trusts

and Limited Conservatorships

These are issues that apply to your family!!!  A practicing attorney, Alene M. Frankel, working with the Law Offices of Darcey L. Wong and Brian Wong, a Senior Financial Advisor will speak to our group on the importance of completing your estate plan.  These issues are even more important when you have a child that may be receiving some public benefits and are over the age of 18.

The discussion will be aimed at families with children with special needs.  We will address basic estate planning and then focus on planning needs for those with special concerns.  Topics will include Special Needs Trusts, Limited Conservatorships, Social Security Administration benefits, Medi-Cal, and other resources. 

Alene M. Frankel practices in the area of estate planning, trust administration, probate, conservatorships, and special needs trusts. Alene serves on the Board of Directors of The Arc of San Francisco, a non-profit organization founded in 1951 to serve, support and advocate for individuals with developmental disabilities.  Alene is also a mom to two young children!

Brian Wong  is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC). His wife Melissa is an Occupational Therapist.
